Born and raised in Pompton Lakes, N.J., Dale began his dairy industry career in 1984 at O-AT-KA Milk Products Cooperative, Inc. in Batavia, N.Y. After almost 10 years of various sales positions working for cooperative and proprietary manufacturers, Dale started Berkshire Dairy and Food Products in 1993. Since then, Berkshire has grown from a small dairy ingredients provider to one of the largest, most diverse dairy ingredient suppliers in the United States.
Dale currently resides in Wernersville, Pa., with his wife, Stephanie. They have a son, Dale Jr., who also works for Berkshire, and a daughter, Casey, who is pursuing guidance counseling. In his free time, Dale mostly enjoys spending time with his family.
